This Weeks Training (EVEREST Training)
Monday - Lifting: Biceps, Chest and Abs
Tuesday - My weekly hill run. This is training I don't look forward to each week. I have a hill, on Foothill Road Pleasanton, that I have to get from bottom to top in 90 seconds. I do this eight times. I kicks my butt!
Wednesday - More lifting: Tri's Shoulders, Abs
Thursday - 70 lb backpack day. I needed to squeeze this in during he week so I can do 80 on Sunday and 90 next week.
Friday - Rest day (Happy St. Patrick's Day)
Saturday - will be a long run. not sure how long. Should be around 2 hours
Sunday - This will be my 80lb backpack day.
